MEETBRIDGE — MULTILINGUAL INTERVIEW KIT Version: 2026-10-24 | English working template Adapt this kit to the role, local process and candidate's access needs. It is a planning aid for human-led interviews, not a validated assessment, automated hiring tool or legal advice. Do not enter unnecessary personal data. 1. PREPARE THE INTERVIEW Role / interview stage: Kit owner / version: Interview date / time zone: Candidate's preferred speaking and listening languages: Interviewer languages: Language access route: translated speech / captions / qualified interpreter Separate job-language assessment, if required: Access or accommodation arrangement agreed with candidate: Backup if translation remains unclear: Person responsible for explaining transcription / recording / retention: 2. INVITATION TO ADAPT We would like to invite you to a live interview for [role] on [date, time, time zone]. Which language would you prefer to speak and hear? We plan to use [tool] for [translated speech/captions], with [accurate explanation of transcription or recording]. Please tell us if you need another arrangement. You can ask us to pause, repeat or correct a translation. A human interviewer remains responsible for assessing your answers. Meeting link: Separate Voice invitation, if used: Joining instructions and contact for access problems: 3. SAMPLE 30-MINUTE AGENDA Before: confirm language pair, access, microphone and listening devices. 0–3 min: explain translation, records and correction process. 3–7 min: introduction and check names and responsibilities. 7–22 min: prepared job-related questions, one at a time. 22–27 min: candidate questions. 27–30 min: confirm next steps and unresolved details. After: human review of unclear passages and job-related evidence. Allow extra time for translation and agreed accommodations. 4. QUESTION BANK TO ADAPT Problem solving: Tell us about a work problem you investigated. What information did you collect, what did you decide, and what happened? Neutral follow-up: Which part did you do yourself? Collaboration: Describe a project where people or teams had different priorities. How did you work toward a decision? Neutral follow-up: What changed after hearing the other team's concerns? Customer communication: Tell us about a difficult issue you explained to a customer. How did you check the explanation was understood? Neutral follow-up: What did you do when the first explanation did not help? Learning: Describe a task you had to learn quickly. What did you learn first, and how did you know you were ready? Neutral follow-up: What feedback changed your approach? 5. HUMAN EVIDENCE AND CORRECTION RECORD Job-related competency: Question asked / language version: Candidate's example and individual contribution: Evidence supporting the agreed role-specific rubric: Exact passage requiring clarification: Correction confirmed with the candidate: Unresolved uncertainty / next clarification: Human reviewer / review date: Do not score accent, translated speaking style or translation pauses as personality or competence. Keep any required job-language exercise separate. AI translation and summaries can be wrong; check meaning before assessment. 6. HANDOFF AND CAPACITY Interview stage completed: Administrative candidate reference, only where authorized: Secure location of approved supporting records: Corrections / unresolved questions: Next step, responsible person and due date: Planned minutes: setup + interview + review + handoff: Available facilitator minutes / planned minutes per interview = estimated capacity. Treat this as a planning calculation, not a throughput promise. 7. MEETBRIDGE WORKFLOW CHECK Full MeetBridge meeting: review plan and enabled saved-record features. Companion Voice: host creates a room in the macOS/Windows app; every speaker joins the same Voice room. Browser guests request host admission. Keep video in the original platform and turn its microphone AND incoming audio off. Do not assume a Voice session provides saved history or an AI summary.
