1. Technologies covered
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. MeetBridge may also use local storage, session storage, device storage, software development kit storage, and similar technologies that preserve authentication, preferences, or product state.
2. Essential use
Essential technologies are required to provide requested functionality and do not depend on marketing consent.
- Authentication, session continuity, account security, and logout.
- Locale, redirect, theme, accessibility, and interface preferences.
- Meeting join state, selected devices, language, voice, and local room preferences.
- Fraud, abuse prevention, rate limiting, diagnostics, and service reliability.
- Billing entitlement and purchase-flow continuity where applicable.
3. Analytics and marketing
MeetBridge may use limited analytics to understand reliability, feature adoption, and page performance. Where applicable law treats those technologies as non-essential, they should be disabled until valid consent is obtained.
If advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or legally defined sale or sharing is introduced, MeetBridge will provide the required notice and opt-out controls.
4. Duration
Session technologies expire when the session or browser closes. Persistent technologies remain for a defined period or until removed. Duration depends on the purpose, security requirement, and user choice.
Local meeting and device preferences may remain until the user clears them, signs out, removes the application, or the product resets them.
5. Managing preferences
Users can manage browser cookies and site data through browser or device settings and through any consent controls made available by MeetBridge.
Blocking or deleting essential storage may prevent sign-in, meeting join, booking, billing, language routing, or saved preferences from working correctly.
6. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when storage practices or legal requirements change. Questions can be submitted through the MeetBridge contact page.
