Your meetings, connected

Less searching through notes. More working with what was said.

A meeting ends, but the useful details keep coming up: the decision you need to confirm, the customer’s exact wording, the next step you want to hand over. MeetBridge MCP makes that saved context available in your ChatGPT conversation.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It gives ChatGPT a structured way to request information from MeetBridge after you connect your account and approve access. You choose the question; MeetBridge applies your account’s access rules.

01You ask in ChatGPT

Start with a meeting, a date or a detail you remember.

02MeetBridge provides context

The connection reads the meeting information you can access.

03You get a useful answer

Review the answer and open the meeting source when you need more.

Answers start with the content you have.

Summaries, transcripts and meeting chat must be available in MeetBridge. A missing or pending summary is reported as such, and a follow-up should use the available meeting evidence.

What you can ask

From a quick recap to the detail that matters.

Start with a simple question, then follow the thread. The connection includes seven read-only tools for finding meetings and reading the context behind them.

Catch up on your latest meeting

Ask for the saved summary of your most recently completed meeting, then follow up on the details.

Find past and upcoming meetings

Look up meetings by title, date or status. Get the context you need before your next conversation.

Find the conversation behind a detail

Search phrases in saved summaries and transcripts to find where a deadline, customer or topic came up.

Review who said what

Read meeting details, participants and available transcript passages with speaker and time information.

Turn meeting context into a follow-up

Pull out decisions and next steps supported by the meeting, or draft a follow-up message in your chat.

Understand your meeting activity

Ask about meeting counts, duration and participation over a date range you choose.

A few good starting questions

Copy a prompt, adjust the meeting or date, and paste it into your connected ChatGPT conversation.

Catch up

“Summarize my latest MeetBridge meeting.”

Start with the most recently completed meeting and its saved summary.

Prepare

“What MeetBridge meetings do I have this week?”

Find upcoming conversations without switching back to your calendar.

Find a detail

“Find where we discussed "delivery deadline" in my meetings last month.”

Use the wording you remember to find matching meeting evidence.

Follow through

“What decisions and next steps came out of my latest meeting? Include owners and dates only if they were stated.”

Keep the follow-up grounded in what the meeting actually contains.

Compare

“Compare the decisions in my last two meetings with Northstar. Link to each meeting.”

Bring context from separate conversations into one answer.

Draft

“Draft a follow-up email from my latest meeting. Flag any missing owner or deadline.”

Create a draft you can review and send yourself.

Connect to ChatGPT

Your account. One connection.

You can add MeetBridge manually through ChatGPT Developer mode. You need a MeetBridge account, access to Developer mode, and an enabled MeetBridge MCP endpoint. Developer mode availability depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace policy.

MeetBridge MCP server URLHTTPS
https://meetbridge.co/mcp

Use the complete address, including /mcp.

Enable Developer mode in ChatGPT

Open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode. If the option is unavailable in a managed workspace, ask your workspace administrator about access.

Add the MeetBridge connection

Go to Plugins, select the + button and name the connection MeetBridge. Choose a public server URL and paste the MCP address above. Use OAuth if you are asked to choose authentication.

The MeetBridge connection handles client registration. You do not need to supply an OpenAI API key or a client secret.

Sign in and approve read access

Follow the account-linking flow, sign in to MeetBridge and review the permission screen. Approve the connection to let ChatGPT read meeting information your account can access.

Select MeetBridge and ask your first question

Start a new conversation and select MeetBridge from the tools or plugins menu. Try “Summarize my latest MeetBridge meeting.” Account linking may appear when you first use a tool, if you have not completed it already.

Manual connection guide

This setup does not depend on a public directory listing. If ChatGPT cannot reach the MCP server or complete account linking, contact MeetBridge before trying again. ChatGPT’s menu labels can change; the instructions here were reviewed on .

Get useful answers

Give the question a little context.

01

Name the meeting or time window

“My Northstar meetings last week” is easier to narrow down than “the customer call.” For date-sensitive questions, include your timezone.

02

Ask for the source

Add “link to the meeting” or “include the speaker and time.” Use the source to confirm a decision before acting on it.

03

Keep next steps tied to what was said

Ask for owners and deadlines only when the meeting states them. If a detail is missing, have ChatGPT flag it instead of filling it in.

Personal meetings are the default. For organization context, ask explicitly for your organization’s meetings. Your existing MeetBridge membership and role determine what can be returned.

Looking for a phrase? Include the words you remember. The connection searches saved text; results depend on matching content and the records available to your account.

Permissions and privacy

A connection you approve. Access you can take back.

Your existing access rules

Each request is checked against your connected account. Organization permissions continue to apply.

Read-only meeting tools

The connection reads meeting context. It cannot edit meetings, delete records or send messages.

Disconnect in MeetBridge

Open Settings → Profile → ChatGPT connections to revoke further access.

When a tool answers your request, the relevant meeting information is shared with ChatGPT for that conversation. Review your workspace’s rules before connecting work accounts. Revoking access stops future requests; it does not erase information already included in a ChatGPT conversation.

If something gets in the way.

I can’t find Developer mode.
Availability depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace policy. Check with your workspace administrator if you use a managed account.

Use the complete HTTPS address shown above, including /mcp. If it still fails, contact MeetBridge to confirm the endpoint is enabled and available.
I connected, but the meeting is missing.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing.

What is MeetBridge MCP?

MeetBridge MCP is a connection that lets ChatGPT request meeting information from your MeetBridge account. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. After you sign in and approve access, you can ask about accessible meetings, saved summaries, transcripts, meeting chat and meeting activity.

Do I need to wait for a public ChatGPT listing?

A manual developer-mode connection does not require a public directory listing. It does require the MeetBridge MCP endpoint to be enabled and reachable, and Developer mode to be available for your ChatGPT account or workspace. If the connection is unavailable, contact MeetBridge for help.

Can everyone add it to ChatGPT?

Manual setup depends on Developer mode access in ChatGPT. Availability can vary by account and workspace policy, and a workspace administrator may need to enable it. You also need a MeetBridge account and permission to access the meetings you ask about.

Can ChatGPT create meetings or send messages?

This connection provides read-only meeting tools. It can help you understand meeting information and draft text in your conversation. It cannot create, edit or delete meetings, send meeting chat messages, or send a follow-up email.

What if my latest meeting does not have a summary yet?

The connection reports the summary status for the latest completed meeting. It does not quietly substitute an older meeting with a ready summary. If a transcript is available, you can ask ChatGPT to use it to prepare a recap instead.

Can I ask about my organization’s meetings?

Yes, where your existing MeetBridge role permits it. Personal meetings are the default. Ask explicitly for organization meetings when you need that scope; your organization membership and access rules still apply.

Will it translate my meetings live inside ChatGPT?

This connection works with meeting information saved in MeetBridge. It does not join a live call or stream live audio translation into ChatGPT. Use MeetBridge’s live translation features for the conversation itself, then use this connection to revisit available meeting context.

How do I disconnect my account?

In MeetBridge, open Settings, select Profile, and find ChatGPT connections. Revoke the connection there to stop further access. Disconnecting does not remove meeting information that has already appeared in an existing ChatGPT conversation.

ChatGPT is a product of OpenAI. MeetBridge provides this connection independently.

Put your meeting context to work
