Clearer connection status and more reliable meeting closure
- HTTP, HTTPS and www links are now clickable URLs in meeting chat, message previews and history, opening in a new tab.
- A signal indicator beside meeting information replaces the upper connection banner. Its bars and details show connection quality, reconnection and connection loss.
- Improved recovery for meetings left active after everyone leaves. Background checks confirm an empty room again after at least five minutes before closing stale sessions; rejoining cancels the pending closure.
- Removed the blue accent line from the chat preview card.
A refreshed meeting experience, richer chat and saved preferences
- Refreshed participant tiles, meeting controls, chat, transcripts and participant panels, with clearer speaking, microphone, unread-message and join-request states across screen sizes.
- Improved the prejoin camera preview, name form, device controls, waiting room and host approval flow. The Talk to us card is hidden throughout meeting entry and the room.
- Added a saved light or dark meeting-room theme. Prejoin screens follow the app theme, and the app defaults to light when no preference is saved.
- Fixed microphone loading and realtime subscription races. Microphone toggles no longer restart the camera preview; canceled startup and optional audio processing failures release resources and recover more reliably.
- When a translation is missing, transcripts fall back to the original text after a short wait and update if a translation arrives later. Translation errors restore original audio, and the transcript search outline displays correctly.
- Saved translation-language choices, including Turkish, are now respected when refreshing or rejoining a meeting.
- Moved Grid, Spotlight and Side selection beside the desktop More menu, keeping it inside the menu on smaller screens. Layout preferences survive refreshes and return visits; Raise hand stays in More, and Spotlight has a clearer layout icon.
- Screen sharing switches to Spotlight and returns each viewer to their saved layout when sharing ends. Stopping from the app or browser reaches other participants more promptly, including mobile viewers.
- Improved handling of weak connections, disconnections and reconnection. Media actions stop waiting after a timeout or connection loss, with clearer feedback and cleanup of late results.
- Paste images or attach files in chat, with up to four attachments per message. Images up to 10 MB are converted to WebP with a 5 MB output limit and can be enlarged; other files can be up to 50 MB. Attachments are stored in R2.
- Images and files remain visible in room and meeting history, with image previews and file links; mobile viewing is supported too.
- You can send chat messages before a second participant joins. Improved draft retention, retry handling, sender labels, typing behavior and scrolling so failed sends do not silently discard a message.
- Incoming messages show a temporary preview when chat is closed, including images and file names. Hovering, focusing or enlarging an image keeps it open; a button opens chat and unread counts remain until chat is opened.
- Meeting creation now shows the appropriate subscription, payment or usage-limit guidance. Replaced automatic introductory-offer popups with an offer button for eligible dashboard owners, and improved modal state when switching accounts or organizations.
- Improved onboarding language selection and Italian ChatGPT connection guidance.
- Updated light and dark landing-page meeting visuals and improved scrolling when navigating public pages.
Italian support, shared language choices and new guides
- Added Italian across the website, product and solution pages, comparisons, resources, legal content and blog editions, with localized routes and search metadata.
- Meeting and free voice-translator language choices now use a shared spoken-language catalog with localized names and flags.
- Shortened the onboarding assistant welcome and made the choice between asking questions and trying a demo clearer.
- Improved measurement of free voice-translator starts, usable results, errors and next steps, corrected language reporting, and refined blog engagement tracking.
- Published multilingual meeting-summary templates and project-kickoff agenda guides, completed missing Italian editions, and added safeguards against publishing incomplete localized content.
- Improved the crop of the landing-page voice preview.
- Updated backup, recovery and database migration procedures.
More accessible public content for assistants and crawlers
- Added Markdown versions of public pages and content negotiation for clients requesting Markdown. Alternate mirrors are excluded from search indexing to avoid duplicate results.
- Updated public service-discovery links, assistant documentation and product guidance so automated clients can find the relevant public information more easily.
Clearer translation guides, cookie controls and public-page polish
- Refined translation entry pages, comparisons and blog links to clarify the choice between a MeetBridge room and external-platform workflows, including current availability and limitations.
- Moved cookie-preference access to the public footer and improved how measurement and advertising preferences are saved and applied.
- Refined registration and advertising measurement, conversion matching and session analytics loading.
- Improved dark-mode contrast for blog calls to action and the footer brand.
- Added public crawl policies, API discovery information and controlled IndexNow notifications for updated public URLs.
More reliable signup measurement and multilingual discovery
- Improved campaign attribution and signup conversion reporting, including duplicate-event handling.
- Expanded localized comparison pages and improved internal guide links, language alternates and sitemap discovery.
Sitemap delivery and ChatGPT setup guidance
- Improved sitemap delivery and redirects so public pages are easier for search engines to discover.
- Updated the ChatGPT connection guide with setup steps, meeting-memory use cases and read-only access boundaries.
