1. Agreement and authority
By creating an account, accepting these terms, joining an organization, purchasing a plan, or using MeetBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use MeetBridge for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, you and your refer to that organization and its authorized users.
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. A customer may impose a higher minimum age or additional workplace rules.
2. The service
MeetBridge provides web and mobile workflows for booking, scheduling, organization collaboration, multilingual meetings, live captions, translation, generated speech, chat, transcripts, summaries, decisions, actions, and meeting history.
Features may evolve, be introduced in stages, or vary by plan, device, language, location, or customer configuration. Beta or preview features may be changed or withdrawn and may be less reliable.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and devices secure, maintain current contact information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by MeetBridge. Organization owners and admins are responsible for membership, roles, invitations, meeting ownership, booking settings, exports, and workspace permissions.
You may not share credentials, create deceptive identities, access another user's account, or bypass authentication or entitlement controls.
4. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid features, limits, renewal terms, taxes, billing intervals, and cancellation rules are shown at purchase or in an applicable order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Usage beyond plan limits may be restricted, require an upgrade, or incur agreed charges. Trials and promotional access may end or change at the stated time.
App-store purchases may also be governed by the store's billing and refund rules. Enterprise order forms control if they conflict with this section.
5. Customer content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit or control, including meeting details, booking answers, participant data, chat, transcripts, translations, voice references, files, summaries, decisions, actions, and uploaded assets.
You grant RaketaLabs a limited, worldwide right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, secure, and store customer content only as needed to provide MeetBridge, follow authorized instructions, prevent abuse, and deliver support.
You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit and process customer content.
6. Participant notice and permissions
Customers and hosts are responsible for clearly notifying participants when transcription, translation, generated speech, summarization, or recording is active and for obtaining all permissions required by applicable law, employment rules, contracts, or organizational policy.
You must not secretly record or process a meeting where notice or consent is required. You must not upload another person's voice, personal data, confidential material, or protected content without authority.
Meeting links, booking links, invitations, exports, and shared records must be distributed only to intended recipients.
7. Generated outputs and human review
Transcripts, translations, summaries, decisions, actions, and generated audio may contain omissions, delays, or errors. Accents, noise, overlapping speech, terminology, connectivity, and source quality can affect results.
You must review important outputs before relying on or distributing them. MeetBridge is not a substitute for a certified interpreter, legal counsel, medical advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional.
You must not use generated output as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, immigration, safety, eligibility, or similarly high-impact decisions about a person.
8. Voice references and generated speech
A personal voice reference is optional. You may provide only your own voice or a voice you are expressly authorized to use.
You may not use generated speech to impersonate a person without authorization, mislead a listener about the origin of speech, commit fraud, evade identity controls, harass, manipulate, or create deceptive evidence.
MeetBridge may label or otherwise identify generated content where required by law, safety standards, or product design.
9. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use policy and all applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful surveillance, rights infringement, harassment, discrimination, malware, spam, scraping protected data, security attacks, reverse engineering where prohibited, resale without authorization, and attempts to overload or evade service controls.
You may not use MeetBridge to create or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, sexually abusive, violent, or designed to cause material harm.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party must protect the other party's non-public confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Confidential information does not include information lawfully public, independently developed, or received without confidentiality duties.
Our Privacy Policy explains controller processing. The Data Processing Agreement governs customer personal data processed by MeetBridge as a processor when applicable.
11. MeetBridge rights and feedback
RaketaLabs and its licensors retain all rights in MeetBridge, including software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and service improvements. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
If you provide feedback, you allow RaketaLabs to use it without restriction or payment, provided the feedback is not identified as your confidential information.
12. Service providers and integrations
MeetBridge may rely on service providers and integrations to deliver hosting, security, communications, billing, speech processing, translation, generated speech, and support. Their availability can affect features.
Third-party services you connect or access under separate terms are your responsibility. RaketaLabs is not responsible for third-party products outside its control.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MeetBridge and may cancel paid access according to the applicable purchase terms. Workspace admins may remove members or revoke access.
RaketaLabs may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, harm to participants, or conduct that threatens the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
After termination, access ends. Customer content will be handled according to the applicable agreement, export capabilities, legal duties, and deletion or backup cycles.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, MeetBridge is provided as available. RaketaLabs does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free generated output, perfect translation, or that every feature will meet every regulated requirement.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from the service.
Any liability cap, exclusions, or exceptions stated in an applicable order form or enterprise agreement control. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a customer will defend and indemnify RaketaLabs against third-party claims arising from customer content, unauthorized voice use, missing participant permissions, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by RaketaLabs or cannot legally be shifted.
17. Changes, notices, and general terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
An order form or signed agreement may specify governing law, venue, notices, assignment, and dispute procedures. If it does, that agreement controls. Otherwise, applicable mandatory law determines those matters.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without consent except as permitted in a signed customer agreement.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the MeetBridge contact page.
